Chocolate Tiger Eggs

The Satiated Blonde

Updated: Jul 6, 2020

The Ritzfit Platform has had so many great products and currently has more deals than I've ever seen!

I decided to make a dessert using solely Ritzfit approved products I have purchased (no nut butter, honey, salt, cacao); sans gluten, dairy, soy, and other questionable ingredients. Here's how I did it:

Ingredients & Directions:

-1/2c original tiger nut butter (purchase on RitzFit now for a limited time!)

-2 tbsp honey (Code: GETSATIATED saves)

-1 pinch of Icelandic Flake Salt (Code: SATIATEDBLONDE to save!)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

I tried to shape mine like eggs, but that didn't quite work out (as you can see from the pic), but I had the best of intentions!

Anyways, I made a double boiler with 1/4c RitzFit approved chocolate, Cacoco.

Once the chocolate was melted, I poured it over the "eggs" on wax paper and stored in the fridge for three hours. The freezer definitely would have been better, but I just went to the farmer's market yesterday and stocked up on meat from my favorite local farm so there was no room!

Results? They tasted great! Let me know if you give them a try! Want to know more about RitzFit and the products I used to make this? Listen to The No Diet Podcast to hear interviews with the creators.

As always, #GetSatiated.
