This is such an easy and tasty snack. I like it with breakfast radishes (the long, skinny, finger-like ones) the best because they're better for dipping. The radishes pictured here are from Muddy River Farms. Making compound butter is so easy, but such a great elevated snack! One of my favorites is ramp compound butter. Here's how I do it:
Mix well: 1tsp Wild Ramp Powder (affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE) with 1 stick grass-fed butter (I do this in a bowl with a fork)
Form in shape you'd like (this often ends up in a log for me)
That's it! I like dipping cold radishes in the room temperature ramp butter. Otherwise, I refrigerate and slice off the newly made compound butter to add some extra flavor in cooking. It's easy to add in rice and atop steak, too. Hope you enjoyed reading about this easy snack. See what else I'm snacking on in my stories.
