Before we had a tortilla press, here's how we did it! I got cornmeal that's tested for glyphosate from one of my favorite brands and we made a mix with water. I sliced the zipper off a large gallon sized plastic baggie to be able to lift it open easier. Formed into little balls and placed in the middle of the baggie, I use a plate to mash it down. Then, we fry it in tallow! Super quick and easy! In the picture, we're actually trying to make pupusas as you can see the meat peeking out.

This is a quick post and I'll have to share more once we try using our actual tortilla press we got recently! But, if you don't have one, let me know if you have tried this like we did! Keep up with my other experiments in my stories!
