watermelon, sliced

Well, times have changed and although this was originally a sangria recipe, it's now an electrolyte smoothie drink, haha. Perfect for summer sipping and watermelon season...or for some fresh sipping on frozen cubes in the winter, which we like to enjoy once or twice in non-watermelon season.

Here's how I do it:

1 large bunch of mint, with plucked leaves (I like to get this farm-grown when I can)

1 cup of strawberries, cut in half

4 cups diced watermelon

1 scoop of electrolytes - see my electrolyte taste test post, but the watermelon flavored ones are tastiest in here!

Stir & enjoy!

Keep up with what I'm sipping by following me on socials.
