I found out about Just Ingredients from my friend, Dr. Jen. Once I tried a few products, I was excited to keep trying more and we have ordered a few times--everything from their oral and body care, to food and pantry items. Let's get into it!

Protein Powders

I haven't used protein powder in years, but Just Ingredients are by far the tastiest across the board. I haven't tried them all, but I have tried quite a few! I'll have to keep adding to this list as I try out more, but these are BIG bags and take some time to get through.

  • Salted Caramel Protein - This is my favorite. I share more in detail here.

  • Vanilla - It is surprisingly vanilla-y. I like vanilla, but it is a lot. I got this one opposed to the plain because I thought it would be a good substitute for the plain. And, I do think it is a good sub in something baked, just not in my coffee mix.

  • Birthday Cake - This was a limited release for Karalynne's birthday, but sold out super fast initially, and is now in the staple line up. It is now a collaboration product with the Utah Jazz, called Lemon Swish. It tastes so real and full of creamy lemon flavor. I tried it in a waffle mix! It's great.

  • Strawberries and Cream - This was another limited edition, and has had a couple limited releases in waves but due to popular demand, is now regularly available as Mountain Berry Protein Powder, but with the addition of blueberries, raspberries, pitaya, blue spirulina (for the pretty color) along with the strawberries. I haven't tried the Mountain Berry Protein Powder to compare yet, though! I really like mixing this in yogurt with another supplement that I share more about here.

  • Vanilla Peppermint - I think this is such a good blend and might sound strange, but in homemade hot cocoa and smoothies. This is a special holiday flavor that I was able to pick up - so keep your eye out if you want to try it!

  • Neapolitan - The flavor surprised me! It tastes slightly strawberry-y with a chocolate finish, kind of like melted ice cream. It's good!

  • Travel Packs - I got this to try a wide variety of protein powders and it really came in handy on my trip to Georgia!

    • Chocolate - The plain chocolate was good, not overly chocolate-y.

    • Chocolate Coconut - This is one of my friend's favorite. It was good and the coconut flavor definitely comes through.

    • Mint Chocolate - I was surprised I liked the mint chocolate. Probably my favorite of the chocolate flavors.

    • Snickerdoodle - This is light and would probably be a better sub for the Just Plain than the Vanilla Protein (from what I originally thought).

    • Creamy Peanut Butter Chocolate - I hadn't had peanut butter in so long. I wasn't planning on eating it, actually. I thought my hubby would like these flavors, but I ended up staying on vacation longer than planned and needed the extra protein so I was glad I had it! It's surprising how different it is from the roasted one below.

    • Roasted Peanut Butter Chocolate - This flavor is good too, but definitely has a roasted flavor which I like. If I had to pick, I think I'd stick with creamy though!

NOTE: Since I purchased and taste tested, some of the flavors have been updated for what comes in this travel pack!

Pre-workout Powder

I got the caffeine-free one, of course. I haven't tried any other flavors of the pre-workout, but I've tried the Tropical Paradise Electrolytes and Strawberry Limeade Electrolytes.

  • Raspberry Lemonade - The flavor is great and I would like this flavor as electrolyte powder. However, it made me flush which is just not a feeling I am going for. It did seem like I had some more energy, but flushing or what they refer to on their site FAQ's (which I am very grateful they are transparent and include this) as "tingling" is from the beta-alanine. They say to work out right away after, which I pretty much did. The other part of that is that I only had half a serving. So, I could maybe try it again using a quarter serving followed by a workout right away.

Popcorn Salts

I was so excited she came out with these. I've tried all the flavors. For more details, check out this post where I share which one I buy refill packs for (it's my favorite, obviously)!

Body Care

I've tried a couple of Just Ingredients deodorant and lotions. I share more about that here.

Oral Care

I share about their mouthwash, breath spray, and toothpowder here. (post coming soon)

Supplements

I got some of their brand new Creatine+. It's so easy to add into my electrolyte smoothie! This podcast is the one that made me decide to try it out!

I purchased many of these products before becoming an affiliate, but I do now have a code to share with you: SATIATEDBLONDE on checkout! Is there any flavor or any product I'm missing that I need to try? Tell me your Just Ingredients favorites in the comments! Stay up to date on what else I'm trying out on my stories.
