Pancakes or waffles? I'd have to say I have pancakes more often, but there's something special about a waffle. Protein waffles? Sign me up! I know things like Kodiak Cakes are all the rage these days, and come in a mix where you just add water, but those can have questionable ingredients. My recipe is quick and easy with only three straightforward ingredients.
How I Made Protein Waffles
1/2 cup Lemon Birthday Cake Protein Powder (renamed: Lemon Swish)
2 eggs
1 tbsp raw milk
Whisk and put in the waffle maker
I did use some olive oil spray on the waffle maker. Read more details soon about the protein powder I used here. (post coming soon)
