flower bouquet from the farmer's market

I wanted to share a few spring things I've been enjoying! Some are staples and some are newer to me, but either way, here they are...

Starting with the beautiful flowers in the cover image, they're from our local farmer's market. I'm really looking forward to them this year and to getting more flowers in general this year, I think! It is just so nice walking into the kitchen and seeing a bright bouquet!

nasal spray

CitriDrops Nasal Spray is a staple for me no matter what season it is, but it's in my purse wherever I go! It helps me with the huge shifts in weather, not advice in any way, just what I do. (affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE)

laundry additive

This Laundry Additive makes doing laundry so much better. It smells good but doesn't really transfer any smell to my clothes (which I prefer). I also use it to clean my washing machine instead of buying those tablets. If you want to read more about my laundry habits, check out this post. (affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE)

And a reason that I need to do laundry is from this picture below (snacks in the car, lol). I tried out these Rawr bars and will have to do a full taste test review. They're great and fresh for on-the-go, and I really like pairing it with an apple! Also, always a plus, they have Bible verses on them, so you know I love that!

car snacks!

They're open all year but it's obviously a more spring and summer thing: we enjoy a long country drive to Knueven Creamery. Pictured below is their chocolate and cream - which is the base for all their ice cream and it's very tasty, However, I do have to say that in all my taste testing efforts, my favorite flavor really surprised me. You can find out what it is in this post if you're curious!

I've been on an iced coffee kick for a bit, but my protein coffee is so good and pairs perfectly with bacon, haha. Read more about my protein coffee here.

My bike riding story is quite something if you want to hear how I started biking, I go in depth in this post. My hubby and I have been trying out new paths as often as we can. We like riding new trails after church. I just wear a pair of shorts under my dress and bring my tennis shoes!

bike time!

After our bike rides I've been enjoying electrolyte smoothies and mango lassis! I share all about the electrolytes I use in the smoothie post but you can find the collagen I use here (affiliate code: SB10).

And an ice cold Olipop is always a good option! You can read all about my taste test in this post. They've released so many new flavors, so I need to add some updates or possibly do a part two! If you want to buy them online, you can use my affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE to shop here.

vintage cola

Another amazing thing about this time of year are the fresh, imported citrus! This is from Sequoia Roots Farm, shipped from California. Let me tell you, I cannot eat even the best looking and feeling citrus from the grocery store since I've been importing my citrus. It's a game changer! If you've been following me for awhile, you might remember when I ordered over twenty pounds of oranges, lol! I didn't really know how much that was, but now I do (and it's a lot)!

They come in this little fruit suitcase! Check my unboxing videos below!
