If it wasn't for my friend, Dr. Jen, I don't think I wouldn't have tried these protein powders! I got quite a few, but salted caramel is by far my favorite and quickly worked its way into my daily favorites. That's not really even my taste preference, if I'm being honest, but it's so tasty! It's a little sweet and a little salty but the main thing is that it actually tastes real, not fake like so many other "flavored" things. I have a post coming with more details on how I use this protein powder in my coffee, but wanted to share this post to go into more details on the protein powder itself.

Here are the ingredients:

100% Grass-Fed Non-Denatured Whey Protein, Coconut Sugar*, Grass-Fed Collagen, Caramel Extract, Coconut Milk*, Pea Protein*, Sea Salt, Butter*, Vanilla Extract*, Chia Seeds*, Monk Fruit*, Stevia Leaf Extract*

*Organic Ingredient

It's the only whey protein that doesn't upset my stomach. Usually I cannot handle the awful aftertaste of stevia, either, but she shares how they use the whole leaf. Typical stevia goes through a 42-step, very complicated process and it tastes, well, processed. I don't usually do chia seeds or monk fruit either, but this blend is fantastic! They include protein from four sources, it's heavy metal tested (results are below Prop 65 level), has a two year shelf life, and can also be frozen!

I do want to mention, since they don't use any stabilizers or anything in the ingredients (because it's just ingredients), a hand frother is recommended.

I tried out a few other protein powders (link to post coming soon), and many other products from this brand! What's you favorite protein powder? Tell me in the comments, and stay up to date with all my favorites on socials.
