There's so many ways to cook eggs and it can be such a polarizing topic. We enjoy exploring this in our family, haha! I'd say my favorites are over-medium or coddled if I'm in the U.K. But, if I'm making eggs for guests at home or am in a hurry and multi-tasking as I'm making breakfast, scrambled are easier. But, I have a certain way I like them scrambled if I'm going to eat them.
Here's how I do it:
Approximately 4 eggs in a bowl
I add a splash of raw milk from our herdshare
Some spices - this Herbes de Provence is a good quick mix of different spices
I scramble them with a fork and slowly pour it into a preheated pan (affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE) with some melted brisket fat my hubby and I render off from his barbecuing.
But really, HOW they're cooked, lower and slower is super important in my scrambled egg process. I don't like any brown on them - basically where the protein is denatured. Anyways, that's it! Quality ingredients and a prepped pan make them so much easier, and nice and soft!
Stay up to date with all my methods (haha) on my stories.
