I have been using this brand for about three years, and it's time to shout it from the rooftops how much I love it! Yes, you read that right, I call it the un-body wash, because it's not really soap. Whatttt?! It doesn't disrupt the microbiome, just as nature intended. I like to keep my microbiome in tact, after all, we're mostly microbes and I don't want to disrupt that (the only exception is for hand-washing, in which case, I am of the opinion friction is what takes care of most of the stuff we don't want, anyways!).

Aleavia is a prebiotic, minimal ingredient, enzymatic body cleanse with an easy to pronounce ingredient list! Oh, and it's more than a body cleanse to me. It's my shave gel and I prefer it over every shave gel, mousse, conditioner, etcetera that I've ever tried shaving with before. Now, I just have to use it for that purpose slightly more often - haha! When I travel, I also use it for shampoo to save room in that liquids bag for my other travel essentials!

I take their travel bottles with me everywhere I go, like the picture from this hotel bathroom in Spain that had beautiful teal tiles!

What are these straight forward ingredients I'm talking about? Here you go:

1. Filtered Water

2. Coconut Oil

3. Aloe Vera

4. Dead Sea salt

5. Acadian Sea Kelp

6. Citric Acid

7. Plant Glycerin

Personally, I prefer the lavender which has one added ingredient of: Lavender Essential Oil. However, the orchid and green tea honeysuckle are lightly flowery and delightful - my hubby just doesn't want to smell like flowers, so we compromise with lavender...and I think it has a great lather!
