If you've been around here for a bit you know I love sharing my favorite things. Burlap and Barrel single origin spices are on that list! Their spices are unlike any others I've tried...their garlic doesn't taste like conventional garlic and I love that! They source their spices directly from farmers. AKA, they don't just buy the same bulk spices that you see in the grocery store and white label them.

Something SUPER exciting is that Burlap & Barrel teamed up with my favorite chip brand (no seed oils, nixtamalized corn, cooked in tallow) on their Cobanero chips that uses Purple Stripe Garlic and Cobanero Chili from Burlap & Barrel! How cool is that?! You can read more about these chips here. Or, buy them here with my affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE.

I notice lots of their spices are wild harvested or naturally organic (they are not necessarily certified organic, but sometimes, I prefer that, actually!).

My staple spices include:

Here's an unboxing of some new-to-me spices and some I'm familiar with. For example, I've had Five Spice and Cayenne before from other brands, but since trying Burlap & Barrel's, which just taste so different, it's like I've never had them before (in a good way) if that makes sense!

If you want to read more about how I use their spices, check out these posts:
