TSB's Random Amazon Finds Part I

There are a lot of precautions I take purchasing something on Amazon, thanks to the founder of my favorite skincare company bringing this to my attention! In most cases, if I find an item on Amazon, I will try to go to the product's official site to purchase. But sometimes, there is no option to do that or the shipping prices from the main website are too extravagant. I'm even more hyper vigilant if the things I'm purchasing go in or on my skin...so, now that I got that out of the way, lol...Here are some things I purchased on Amazon I wanted to share!
Solar Fountain - this was my mom's idea. She saw it on Pinterest and thought it would be a perfect centerpiece. When it's going like this it is really cool! It's a little different than I expected in that it only sprays when there is direct sunlight on it! It doesn't charge and keep going if a cloud goes in front of the sun, if that makes sense and can kind of do this pulsing thing that you can see in the second video below.
Oh, and not from Amazon, but I picked up the pot it's in at Marshall's (I think). It's so pretty and held up all through the fall, I look forward to using it next year, too! I did have to plug up the hole at the bottom with glue, haha (intense, waterproof, Gorilla Glue - never used anything like that before!). It definitely helped hold in the water, but really, the ceramic planter needed to fully get saturated with water before it started holding the water in more. I do need to fill it up every few days because the solar fountain floats (I didn't opt to use the anchors) and some water comes out, but no big deal!

Dust Cleaner - I think I saw @jillcomesclean share this or something like it, but I'd imagine hers was pink! It is fun and easy to use. It does have a slightly weird smell, but I was able to get into the vents easier than anything else without squishing my nails (if you know what I mean). This coupled with my favorite cleaning wipes (affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE) after did a great job. I need to do a full car cleaning post soon, I'm thinking!
Airtech Duster - I share about this in detail (post coming soon) on why we bought it and what we were considering instead.
Green Goo Free To Breathe - This was pretty hard to find since they were out of stock on their website and they didn't sell this one on Vitacost (or it was OOS there, too). Anyway, it was helpful in a time of need and didn't burn my skin. It does get some oil stains on my clothes, but what doesn't?! Haha.

Foldable Tripod - After a weekend getaway with our friends for the Holland Tulip Festival (post coming soon), I saw our one friend (a professional photographer) had this tripod and was surprised by how lightweight it was and how easy it was to use, so I looked it up and purchased right away, haha. It has been so helpful in many different photo ops, and is more versatile than any other tripod I've seen!
Gas Leak Detector - After that vacay in Michigan I mentioned above, the place we stayed in smelled like there was a gas leak. Not sure if there was or not, but once we aired out the house it was much better. After that, I picked up one of these to take with me when I travel. It's small and compact. It's also surprising how many times I do catch gas leaks - from neighbor's houses to hotels (even before finding this)! This just helps confirm to those around me who don't smell it, haha.
