I hadn't tried a mango lassi (or any lassi for that matter) until after my husband and I got married. Mango is my favorite and we've spent many new year's eves making them together. But really, I think they're a great year round ingredient and a twist on the current adrenal cocktail craze. I've made them several different ways. This time I added some sour cream. Why? Well, because we only had a bit of yogurt, which is traditionally included. I really liked the extra tang it added!
TSB Mango Lassi:
I placed all the above ingredients in my blender and enjoyed! It's that simple. Sometimes I add in some (unflavored) protein powder or collagen, too.

Look how pretty all the ingredients are!

Have you made lassi's at home? What are your favorite ingredients? Be sure to tell me in the comments and stay up to date with what I doing in the kitchen (and everywhere else) in my stories!
